After Maria complains about some slight stomach pains, Santino Marella gets the brilliant idea to pay off a doctor to tell her that she is pregnant so she'll stay with him. Much to Santino's surprise, Maria actually starts to get fat, and it turns out she actually IS pregnant. Santino is excited at the prospect, until she inexplicably goes into labor one week later and gives birth to a baby...
...but the baby looks nothing like Santino! The baby is brown and has a mustache. It delivers its first word right then and there....
"DAMN!"
Santino is outraged and challenges Ron Simmons to a ladder match with the custody of the child suspended above the ring. Simmons wins via submission and Santino moves on to a used car salesman gimmick.
