Vince played up Coach’s supposed “injury” (come on, people!) as a result of him being put through a table last week. And to your other question, maybe Vince decided he better not test Hornswoggle again after giving him authority to make “executive decisions” or whatever the fuck, last week, and decided to let “Mr. McMahon (Jr.)” ’s decision stand. As for why Regal wouldn’t do anything about it, honestly, I have no clue, as you said he had every reason to be pissed at Cena. Maybe he foresaw the injury coming in the Kennedy match, and watched the main event backstage with Snitsky, as Cena's pain, on that night became both of their pleasures...
