I'd say get rid of all the weirdos and some of the guys who kind of look the same. Push MCMG to be the tag team champs. Make the X-division serious instead of like a cirque de soleil thing. Have clear cut faces and heels but its okay to have one or two guys be rogues.
Mysterious, silent Sting is the best I'm sure everyone will agree on that but he's not talked so long that he wanted Sting to be able to talk so I have a solution on that. Give him the Batman/Schizo/Incredible Hulk gimmick. He is Steve Borden yet he is Sting. I know you guys are asking how is that any different from what it is now well, Sting wouldn't talk at all and would appear mysteriously like back in the old days and Steve will refer to "Sting" as if it was an entirely new person. They can beat on Steve all they want but when "Sting" comes out he will be unstoppable. This is to separate Steve from Sting and give you the illusion that Steven and Sting are 2 different people.
