I agree with the character development, but that goes with point 4. When they give everyone 10 seconds instead of focusing and just giving a handful of guys 5 minutes, everything is going to look the same. They need to give certain guys that they think can make it the chance to develop. Everyone else needs to be taken off tv and told to wait. If they don't like it, they can fuck off. But have a million people on TV isn't going to do anything for them.
