Seeing as Punk was going up against three men, they could have used it to bring in Colt Cabana and Ace Steel.

I really don't know how Punk and Kane tie together, but I think it would be more like "Hey, Kane, wanna fuck up some guys?" "Sure, Phil." It does make sense from the standpoint that John Morrison and The Miz have the pretty boy thing going, and Kane has been shown to get jealous easily. I like Kane, so I'm willing to let it go.
