Not quite.

She's looking for control.

Ideas pitched to WWE cannot be pitched elsewhere after you've left the company. Discussion of talent outside of WWE would be off limits. It's like the usual no compete clauses, except you're signing away the rights to any idea you pitch, and you can't discuss the company's operations, period.
