I am pretty sure because again, if they were running up the score, it would have been talked about then.

December 5th 2004 - The Titans tried 3 onside kicks and a fake field goal in this game. . At the end of the first half, the score was 31-24 Colts. It was 41-24 in the 4th quarter. Manning was sat in the 4th quarter after his last touchdown which put them up 48-24. You are comparing those teams to this years' Pats. The comparison is ridiculous. The argument is that New England has been running up the score... those teams obviously weren't. I don't know how posting scores from other teams who have blown their opponents out proves anything really. No one's arguing "you play the game"... it's what you do once you have the game wrapped up.
