MVP is fucking greatness. I mark out for MVP at the same time as smarking out for him. MVP will one day be a World Champion, and heal all the world's problems. Baaaaaallin'! Honestly, why the WWE has not run vignettes of MVP causing havoc around America, speeding in his car, walking out of shops without paying, claiming that it's OK because he's the Champion of the country, I do not know. MVP beating the crap out of a police officer claiming to own his ass would be priceless.
The best thing about MVP, is how easily he can be made into a babyface if the WWE so wishes. Just have him talk about how he was nothing, a criminal, in prison for years, and then he got out found something he was good at, and made a lot of money doing it. MVP doing what MVP does because he's earned the right to do what he wants with his life? That equals ratings.
Jeff Hardy getting a run with the World Title? I would not like to see it personally, but I agree that he has actually improved leaps and bounds, and is much better than say...Randy Orton. I still maintain that it should be Matt Hardy who gets a World Title run first. Jeff Hardy can stay in the mid-card, and you know, actually make people care about it, and then Matt Hardy can be elevated by his program with MVP, and then sort of tease Jeff Hardy at PPVs, asking his brother if he wants to touch it. Eventually it leads to a Matt vs. Jeff feud on SmackDown!. And yes, Batista would need to be in it, so he can dance on the stage.
Speaking of Batista, I actually want to see him dance. The guy can apparently do it, and we've only seen glimpses. How fucking awesome would it be to see Batista defend the World Heavyweight Championship against someone, and then hit them with a Spinebuster, and then start break dancing? It'd be bigger than the spineroonie. Batista can then Batista Bomb their ass, and retain the World Title. Batista would actually be enjoying as a badass with the Evolution personality back. The best thing about his face turn was that he was still technically the same bad guy he was, only know he was turning it on the other bad guys.
Santino Marella is nowhere near as bad in the ring as people make out. He was good in development, and sure he hasn't had any MOTY candidates since showing up on RAW, but who the fuck has? Especially against Chris Masters? Santino is yet to actually have a match with a veteran besides Val Venis, and I quite enjoyed that match for what it was. Umaga could also qualify as a veteran, and Santino bumped really well for him, as was required.
His promos are fucking fantastic. Anthony Carelli is legitimately funny, and considering the WWE probably writes the stuff he says, and we all know how that kind of funny goes, Santino is a great man for pulling it off. If the WWE have Santino actually get the last laugh on Stone Cold Steve Austin, they might actually have a star on their hands.
