According to mrslackalack, the Hart Foundation vs. The Rockers match on the new HBK dvd is indeed the hushed-up 2-out-of-3 pinfalls title change match!

It's disappointing that they apparently deleted the McMahon/Piper play-by-play from the original recording. Still, finally seeing this infamous match (in edited form) is better than not getting it at all I guess.
