I'd say yes. I love my Wii..... don't play it often, but I still love it. It'll never deliver COD, Bioshock, or even Assassin's Creed type games. It can, and probably will, have some of the most fun games of this generation.... which will probably have a "kiddie" feel. My favorite games of last generation were GTA and Katamari. Katamari probably seemed too kiddie to people over here, but it was soooooo fun. Plus, I'd say it's more cartoony Japanese than kiddie (cartoons being really awesome there).
What the Wii won't deliver, I'll look for in a 360 when I can afford one (and when they stop breaking).
Umbrella Chronicles looks pretty nice, and isn't kiddie.... but games like that will be far and few between.
