You just described almost every female pop star out there.

I hate to say it, but the music industry has decided it's easier to take someone fuckable and make them sound good. Production is fairly easy, especially these days. And a lot of people will buy what they're told.

Granted, I like slick production. It's just I'd rather hear a good artist than a good producer.

If I can get both, great. I'm just sick of these pop stars and rappers who can't carry a tune or a beat, but have great backing to carry them and slick production.
