It should be fairly self evident what you meant. I mean, ignoring the diction (Which was correct, but we'll ignore that point), there's no real reason that you would ask for what Alienoid assumed.

But y'know. Why think? Just assume everyone means whatever is easiest to argue with.
Which is why I have a tendency to assume he's just trying to strawman people. He has a tendency to go for easily refutable made-up arguments, as opposed to addressing what people have actually said about matters. I mean, this will be perceived as an attack on Alienoid (When, in reality, if I wanted to attack him, I'd just call him a fucking retard and be done with it), but it's really hard to believe that he keeps missing the point time and time again.

There's the possibility that he's got a legitimate issue with comprehension, but it's really hard to think that when time after time he opts to not only go for something that wasn't said, but blindly insist that he's correct, no matter how it's explained to the contrary. It's just so hard to believe that it's anything other than a deliberate act to continue to do so.

Otherwise...Well, what's that old saying? "It's better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt?"
