So all the guys who coached those fighters must be shit because they don't have world titles?

Pure bollocks. Top fighters don't automatically make top coaches. In boxing, Freddie Roach, Billy Graham, Manny Steward and Enzo Calzaghe did nothing in the ring and yet they must have trained like 50 world champions between them.
