John Cena == The Rock
There is no difference. Both do good promos and both have about the same wrestling skills (Cena is slightly better in the ring). Both did "POOP"/"GAY" jokes a bit too often. The only difference is the writing - there's no difference between the men themselves.

Cena in Rock's position 10 years ago would have made no difference.
