Sure he does. WWE just fucked him over. Had they turned him heel, left him that way for a few years and turned him back he would be BIGGER and BETTER than Rock.
Just because WWE pushed him too hard doesn't mean he doesn't have "it", it just means they've had too much of "it" the way they don't want "it".
Do you honestly think that if they left Rock in the same Rocky Maivia face role for a year or two longer that he would have gotten over like he did?
