From a decent server its easy, but there's not many folks out their with a decent server in their bedroom, and even less willing to risk going up against WWE in a lawsuit.
The feeds you get are kind hearted people on their private PC's and internet connctions. Its not great, but its better than nothing, and at least its free.
Although I do look forward to the day when streaming accross the net works well.
