The argument I'm conveying has nothing to do with the Seahawks as a team. My argument is that Qwest Field provides a better home field advantage for the Seahawks than the advantage for any other team at their own home stadium. This is due to the loudness of the crowd (more false starts for visiting teams at Qwest than at any other stadium) and the terrible weather. The Patriots might have a better record but that's because they are the best team in the NFL and have been for a while. They could play all their games on the road and they'd still be Super Bowl contenders annually. Qwest Field provides the best home field advantage in the NFL right now just like Lambeau used to do in the past. I didn't say it was better than Lambeau was. I simply said Qwest has taken Lambeau's place as the toughest stadium to play at.
