Not really. NBC owns USA and that's why it's on from 8-9 before Raw starts. If anything, they're probably gonna share an audience from 8-11 every monday night. I bet there's people who tune in to Gladiators and then remember to check out Raw that night, or even people who are bored before Raw and remember to check out Gladiators. Aside from those possible benefits they give eachother, they're more than likely drawing in and appealing to the same demographic.
