Dude, it ain't like any of us are expecting Citizen Kane here. At the very best it's a movie about a hot woman who kicks people's asses and wears skimpy clothing. And at the very worst, it's still a movie about a hot woman who kicks people's asses and wears skimpy clothing.
Street Fighter was a fun game franchise and an okay anime, but a film adaptation just isn't gonna work in any way except for a big dumb fight-sequence movie. So it'll either be fun-stupid or just regular stupid. Not worth flying off the handle like you've been doing, Kano.
