Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Information

From the list on the left select "Components" and expand that. Find "Sound Device" and click that. The manufacturer will have a website you can go to google and type the manufacturers name in and it will bring up their official website. You most likely have some type of Creative Technologies, Ltd. product and if that's the case go to:

http://www.creative.com/
