Totally agree.
For me, I get bored with loooooong title reigns and, as the ECW title doesn't come anywhere near the status of the WWE/WHC titles, they should use it more frequently to share around to those deserving wrestlers who will never get one of the top two straps. Not
too frequently, just more often than the other belts.
