Fuck, I'm 25 rn. I'm a big time gamer, but I have a degree. As soon as I heal up, I'll have a good job. Next year, I'll have a mortgage on my first place. I've already got more money in investments going than the average joe my age (or the average joe quite a few years older for that matter).

Yeah, I'm pretty sure I'm not the only guy like this either.
