This year will be the 4th year they hold the event, and the 2nd time as a full brand show. However, I think it's questionable to hold this event as it was originally a one time thing for the ECW fans. I mean then it all made sense...it was a one night return of ECW (thus the name "One Night Stand"), and was a non-wwe style PPV. Now 3 years later, holding the same event ment for ECW with the WWE style wrestling and wrestlers, and you have a name that no longer makes sense for the PPV.
Then again, I'm looking from logic from the guys who gave you the Goobly Gooker.
