No, kill One Night Stand, and make have only 12 Pay Per Views a year. Also, make 5 of the PPVs all brand, and then have 3 Raw Only PPVs and 3 SmackDown/ECW PPVs.

Jan- Royal Rumble
Feb- SmackDown/ECW
Mar- NO PPV
April- WM
May-Smackdown/ECW
June- KoTR
July-Raw
Aug-Summer Slam
Sept-Smackdowm/ECW
Oct-Raw
Nov- Survivor Series
Dec-Raw

PPV Clusterfuck Fixed. It'll give each "brand" (and by brand I only mean the groups that go on tour with each other since SmackDown and ECW are the same basic thing nowadays) more time to bulid up wrestlers between PPVs, and it'll give each brand it's own chance to create its own style.

Why a no PPV before WM?
Who'll buy a dual brand PPV that month when an even BETTER dual brand ppv is in 5 weeks? Have more importiant matches on TV to help boost buy rates for WM.
Or have a dual brand PPV that leaves you on a cliff hanger. Either way you do it this has to be the prelude to WM.
