!.) Vince Russo isn't that bad as friends have pointed out. He has decent ideas from time to time. So with that said, the booking team as a whole needs a revamp and creative control should be taken away from Kurt Angle.

2,) I don't think the ring matters TOO much (imo). It's really just something different. Honestly I couldn't care if they wrestled in the octigon as long if it's entertaining. However, if it's such a big problem to people, I would switch it back.

3.) Tenay and West SHOULD be fired...with actual fire involved.

4.) Wipe the slate clean? Why are we going to suggest ideas for change by mentioning passed mistakes. A sudden change like that does not help the titles or the company. I say you need to work with what you have and set the directions. Sudden changes are just the same crap WCW tried and failed with.

5.) Agree with PPVs. Maybe even go back to the ECW method of 1 PPV every 2 months (making it 6 a year). Though price might be a hard change depending on business conditions.

6.) Talent pools seems fine, but they don't fucking need RVD. I'm a big fan of RVD, and I don't think they need RVD. They also don't need to be throwing any more big cash offers to people. Sting and Angle's wrestling bills are enough.
