Well thats certainly an understatment. They need about 2 big main eventers and an upper midcarder or two.

At this point the main event is one heel, and 2 face hosses. The upper midcard consists of one solid heel and two faces, who are currently out of action. Other than that they have a bunch of bland subsitutes and jobbers.

They could use Shawn Michaels, but he's never going to Smackdown and neither is HHH or Cena in the forseeable future.

Raw has too many faces. They are lost in the shuffle. With HHH, HBK and Cena running the show, it's hard for Hardy and Jericho to make a splash despite being over. Leave Hardy on Raw and develop him, but move Jericho to Smackdown. He'd be way more valuable there, where he can come in key as a face who isn't a super heavyweight monster, and can also play the heel role if need be.

Smackdown should also recieve CM Punk fulltime to work in the uppermidcard with Matt Hardy and MVP

Umaga would also be a nice pick up for them since he's begun to run his course on Raw and would do well fueding with a fresh crop
