The best thing they could possibly do is give Paul Heyman a sum of money and let him spend it on whatever indy talent he wants, with the catch that he now has to book his own arenas.

He can have all the old ECW regulars (not counting guys like Benoit and Guerrero, obviously), and a handful of the Velocity/HeAt guys that he thinks he can do something with.

Other than that, he's on his own.
