I would say the best training right now is any WWE development territory like FCW, or OVW a few months ago. When Batista went to OVW he had an amazing look but was so shit in the ring it was unbearable. Also think about guys whose prior work you may have seen then were sent to OVW and made like ten times better, CM Punk, Miz, Morrison, Big Show, Matt Capotelli (sp?) just to name a few.

But other than WWE sponsored training I would think the best place would be ROH's training camp. If for nothing else then just the simple fact that you will get a job out of it if you have talent. And if not you've still be trained by the likes of Brian Danielson and a lot of other progressive style wrestlers with tons of experience and knowledge.
