The thing is it never should have been that easy to be a sniper. When you got killed by a sniper over and over before the patch, you knew the guy was good. It wasn't impossible to kill people.. it was just hard. You could watch the kill cam and you knew that was a damn good shot.
Now, you can watch kill cams and people aren't even trying it seems. I watched 3 different kill cams in one game the last time I played and all by the same guy.. He was standing in 1, and all 3 of them were while I was running. He did a swoop across from side to side and took a breath while still moving the gun and fired. Reticle just barely landed on me, while he was moving it still. One shot, dead. No headshot. Just dead.
Complete bull shit. Stupid shots like that happened all day, and this one shot kill crap is BS. I don't care if it is 'realistic'. With as easy as it is to just point and shoot with the sniper rifles now, it should not be one shot kill. Like I said before, there is no leading a target. The bullet hits where your reticle is instantly. It's stupid.
Screw CoD4. Had a chance to be amazing with this patch, and blew it. Can't wait to play me some R6 Vegas 2.
