The Savage/Steph thing is probably bullshit. Vince's reaction to it just doesn't seem right. Vince would either overreact and completely destroy Savage (as Darth said), or, assuming Stephanie was overage, I don't think he would care that much at all. I mean, I'm not trying to make Vince out to be a heartless father or anything, but he just seems like the kind of father that would let his daughter make those decisions for herself.
Although, to be honest, when you hear Vince talk about his grandkids, he does get very passionate. I assume the same would be of his children. If Savage hurt Stephanie, I could very easily see Vince making a solemn promise to himself (or even Steph or Linda) that he would not work with Savage again, and what we are just seeing is Vince keeping that promise.
