GSP ain't fighting Silva and BJ Penn ain't moving up in weight. BJ reckons he would only be 160lbs at welterweight anyway and Dana White doesn't want him in that division.

In other UFC news.....

Chuck Liddell is apparently out of the Rashad Evans fight with an injury. None of the big sites have confirmed this yet. It's also known Liddell wasn't keen on fighting in London.
