He ended up getting his name chanted throughout DX's bit, if I recall. That is what I'd call out-popping. No one is saying that anyone else got booed. Punk had the spotlight, though. That is how many people would define "out-popping."

Also, Triple H being forced to acknowledge Punk and let him say the line (good thinking on Triple H's part), and the then undefeated Punk losing to Hardcore Holly and being the first guy eliminated from the Extreme Elimination Chamber, could be taken as evidence that some people felt that Punk had stolen an unfair amount of the spotlight on that specific night.
