Excellent point.

-RAW is doomed to be a show where the glass ceiling is all but fixed.

-Smackdown is doomed to be a show that will always be a "work in progress" (since the top up-and-comers are almost always shipped to RAW)

-ECW is doomed to be a show that almost no one cares about.
