The 1996 turn in the video stretched out for a few months as he was a heel on commentary too, until he subtly resumed his normal inclinations, with the exception of still supporting Fake Razor and Fake Diesel, who were heels. By spring 1997, when the imposters were sent on their way, JR was fully back to normal. Well... except for his face.
