See, honestly, if they were smart, they would use this again. CM Punk, exploiting the May 19th thing, could show up on Raw and demand that Kane appear to defend the ECW title. It could be announced that if Kane does not appear, he will forfeit the belt. Every commercial shows Kane slamming his way to the airport to arrive in time to defend his title.
Then he chokeslams Punk so hard he breaks his neck, back, and ass, and I never have to see the little tool again.
