Yes, but How many guys turned heel "to get respect", and how many faces start their careers "to gain respect" from the vets? Sure, there are matches, but no serious feuds in the line of emotional investment, or personal grudges. It's a vast majority of disconnected bouts over the trophy. And that's not bad, now and then. But, considering the lack of investment from viewers seems to have grown in correllation to the lack of truly passionate battles, one might think it's time to rekindle the passion, as it were.
