Also, as a completely unrelated issue: When you try to anger someone, or insult them without thinking, you're the guy who "makes it bigger". People have told you before and I'm sure you either ignored it or took it the wrong way, but you really need to work on your interpretation of context. In other words, alternate views or input are not necesaarily an attack. So, you may not want to be a dick at all times, because you really don't need to be.
