He was the head of talent relations for quite a while, so he knew the way the employees are treated, especially in their home towns - and he ripped a few on his Ross Reporrrr many a time (what was it, Val Venis is in gimmick limbo) when he could do things to sort it out - he's been a company kiss arse most of his employed WWE career, so I don't buy this crap he's pulling.
