Seriously, Aaron Eckhart is a damn good selection, really, but is it likely for a guy to go from a DC Movie to a Marvel one? I guess if Two-Face gets fucked up, there'd be nothing stopping him, but it wouldn't make the studios happy, surely? I'd personally go with an unknown. Find someone who looks the part, with acting skill, and make them into a star with this movie. Well, attempt to.

If it had to be someone with a name, though, I'm going to throw out John C. McGinley. He may not look the part, but if anyone is going to represent an America I'd live in, and it weren't Christian Bale, I'd like it to be Johnny Cox.

If you dyed Brendan Fraser's hair blonde, and he put all his talent into the role (and yes, he does have talent), he could do really well with it.
