They don't really need him though. I think he could potentially go to the Clippers, I heard that Elton Brand only opted out so he could resign for less and help the organization...that leaves more money for Davis (plus Corey Maggette just opted out as well, so I think the Clippers would have some money freed up)
I have no idea that Brand thing is true though, if not, imagine Brand going to a team like the Suns?
