To state the obvious, this isn't just about wrestling. Hence the phrase "Sports Entertainment." You think Hogan was on top for his wrestling skills? Did Austin make it big for his luchadore maneuvers?

Now, to break the second bit of news: Wrestling isn't the domain of the thespian. It's a trailer park, testosterone-fueled soap opera. It is to high-brow TV what "The Amazing Spider-Man" is to the great American novel.

While I know the expectation is that the internet has suddenly made everyone more intelligent, to be ranting over the literary skills of wrestling fans is pretty pointless.
