RVD as ECW TV Champion was magical. Amazingly over everywhere he went and carried that for the rest of his career. Numerous phenomenal matches with a wide variety of contenders and only lost the belt because he got hurt and could not physically compete. Now THAT'S a champion.
Also, honorable mentions for Diamond Dallas Page as WCW United States Champion, and Billy Kidman as WCW Cruiserweight Champion. I guess the belts meant more to me back when I was a mark.
