Probably never, they've taken so long on it and have stated they're not going to finish it until GT5 is done I can just see them scrapping it to be honest.
As for GT5 I can't really understand why they keep delaying it. It is after all only a racing game. I know they put a lot of effort into the GT games and I appreciate that but you'd think with it being one of Sonys bigger titles they'd be keeping the development team to a tighter schedule.
I'm not saying rush it out the door but for a racing game the number of delays does seem to be a bit silly.
