At the end you can hear a cop shouting "Put your fucking hands behind your head!" Pretty cool.
Apart from that it's nothing special. Just shows you how bad Sandman has hit the drink, and also how much of a douche he is (IMO, doing stuff like this at someone elses party is always a shit thing).
