Oh, and Steen nailing Necro with a Michinoku driver onto a set up chair was fucking brutal... I(t was a metal chair too, not one of ROH's hard plastic chairs...
Also, The way Danielson bent Black's arms... I swear his arms must be made of rubber... Some of that contortion would have made Jack Evans cringe.
