Aside from the aforementioned difference, Ken's tomoe throw had a roll and Ryu's didn't.
Then starting in SF2 Turbo more differences were introduced. Namely, Ken's shoryuken having more horizontal movement and fire added. Ryu's fireball had a special version that was faster and more powerful. Aslo, Ken got an air throw.
In Super SF 2 Turbo, their movesets actually began to diverge.
