LOL yeah...of course Billy Beane never would have done Milledge for Zito straight up. I think Beane is just bitter from when the Mets traded him when he was a prospect, so he dangles a new player in front of the Mets every year only to not make the deal (Damon, Zito, Haren, Blanton, Street, etc.)

I remember being so pissed when the Mets didn't land Zito...so glad. I seriously bet he still has the talent but he got such a huge deal he figures "eh fuck it, I'm set"
