I would like to see it where Santino pins Mickie James, so Santino thinks he's IC Champion. However, Adamle randomly pops up and says that since Santino pinned Mickie James, that Santino is the new Women's Champion and Beth is the new IC Champion.

Santino hates it as first, but then embraces it and renames the Women's Championship to the WWE Inter-gender Championship ala Andy Kaufman.
