For those who don't know, one of Paul Heyman's gimmicks in ECW was that he had a cell phone and he used to crack people with it...when he got in trouble, he'd call '911' which wasn't the emergency phone number we've all come to know and love, but a huge Jake Roberts looking guy who you would not want pissed off at you. He then proceeded to chokeslam everyone.
He was mega over at the time.
