BTW, it's "Quoth."

My favorite ECW memory is Barely Legal. There was such a vibe at that show, a feeling that this was the start of something big. It wasn't their best PPV match-wise (I'd argue Heatwave '98 was their best), but it was a serious turning point. Sabu vs. Taz, Funk vs. Richards vs. Sandman, Storm vs. RVD, Eliminators vs. Dudleys...that's the show that sticks out in my mind.
